One seller and large number of buyers The one of monopoly characteristic is one seller and large number of buyers is large and the size of each firm is very small. The number of buyers also large and this firm cannot influence the market price. So basically, individual firm does not bother about the reactions of the firm. Besides that, adjusts its sale to earn maximum profits and the price given under perfect competition. The demand of individual buyers relative to the total demand. And so small that cannot influence the price of the product by his individual action. Unrestricted to entry and exist The second characteristics of perfect competition is there are unrestricted on the entry and exist of both buyers and sellers. A firm can easily enter into perfect competition market and leave the market at any time, if that firm cannot continue the firm. The absence of such barriers does not affect the prices, and there is always a substitute for suppliers, who enters and leaves if, wants. But they are close substitutes for each others. In the case, monopolistic and perfect competition is characteristic by the existence of sellers. The firms do not produce perfect substitutes. I for one think that driving a car is fun. I also think that during the hot summer, when you are out in the sun, it is nice to get a little damp and cool off. Driving convertibles is also good in the summer if you have the top down, so you get a chilled breeze through your hair. And since I like those things you would think that being a little damp would help someone stay cool and having fun in the sun while driving your convertible. But I found out that people don’t appreciate you helping them stay cool and moisturized while they are driving in the ferocious sun. As it turns out, most people; or a 25 year old male with dark hair, a dark complexion, and a red convertible, don’t like you assisting them in the process of beating the heat. They find it quite rude actually, especially when they are driving in their nice new car. I for one, would especially appreciate some hooligan kids hitting me with a water balloon to cool me down. A splendid display of human kindness if I was driving in ninety degree weather. Not to mention the fact that there would be a blazing sun that would be beating down on my neck constantly. Also I would, and did find it quite funny. It was the summer of my eighth grade year. Alex, Rudy and I were bored rigid. We could find nothing to do in my room or my house. We had already rode our bikes, played Nintendo, and trashed my room. Then we saw them. They came to us vivid and glowing. The answer to all of our problems. No longer would we be jaded, but we would rise up off the couch and enjoy ourselves. While at the same time doing our fellow humans that happened to drive by us a favor. We picked up the balloons and filled the tub, we were going ballooning. All three of us grabbed a 20 gallon bucket from the garage, and loaded it up with thirteen or fourteen balloons. We drug them painfully, as we had filled them up with too much water, to our campsite in the shade. After a couple of missed shots, our one chance for the ultimate "favor" came to us. Coming towards us at a whopping 25 miles per hour, the red convertible drove nearer towards us, and our desire to help a fellow human being got stronger.

Developing the human capital to have a better outcome performance and experience and knowledge helps the company to have improved outcome. Learning and development is part of an organization’s management strategy which is designed to align with the organization’s general vision and goals. Organization design: confirms the company’s structure design is according to company’s goals for both the long run and for the short. Organization development: ensures that human resources applies its strength and improving its weakness to develop the organization by changing its activities through align strategies with the company’s objective. Resourcing and talent planning: ensure that the human resources the use its assets in useful and efficient and productive approach for achieving company’s objective. And lastly, we have end users customer, business to business; which is a business that emphasis on marketing and selling products and services to other companies; for example in our direct English institution, we have other institutions that request to purchase our particular education course. Dealing with different customers the organization must priorities for each, which mainly depends on its importance and its urgency for each situation and condition. 2.2 Effective communication is important to the company and it can be improved in many ways. In truth, communication act as a role in product development and customer relations also employee management and almost every aspect of a business’ operations process. Employees are a key audience because they often serve as the conduit to other audiences. If employees are knowledgeable, communications with other communities are likely to be strong as well. Effective structural communication will create a strong communication and the teamwork for employees to achieve company goals. There are mainly three types of communication, Verbal Communication which can be through a telephone or internet Skype, which is only through a voice channel, and Nonverbal Communication like emails, fax, SMS, test and lastly we have, Visual Communication which is mainly faced to face or meetings. Each has its own advantages and disadvantage for example; Verbal Communication you can communicate with a large numb er of customers in short time, on the other hand, customer won’t be able to fully understand everything as the visual communication, and for Nonverbal Communication for example; customer has a reminder and a proof of the text which is reliable, on the other hand, some messages might be sent incorrectly and cause a large damage, Visual Communication is what customers prefer as so that they can express their emotions in better way, the disadvantage that this process takes lots of time to deal with each customer. 2.3 Effective service delivery, There are several overall points to think about when managing and planning the delivery of your services and products to be measured. There are also some particular aspects and methods that you may find helpful if you have limited time or resources. Within the framework of planning the business some aspects should be considered in order to improve the quality and the trust relationship with the community: Delivering service on time Time is limited. You cannot buy more time, but there are several things you can do to manage your time more efficiently. Plans rarely show up to be accomplished in the best way, and even the finest managers have to deal with unpredictable matters like suppliers not delivering on time, one of the employee members getting ill or trains are being delayed, equipment breaks, etc. Nevertheless, if you plan sufficiently you are more likely to deliver on time. When business starts deliver on time the business will start to be trusted and dependable, and this will attract lots of customers due to its timely delivery quality. Delivery service on a budget Planning a strategy based on a budget will enable you to identify the resources needed accurately before you start a project. He was awarded the prestigious camper of the week during the summer, and is the class pet feeder at his elementary school. He lives in a modern suburban community where there is little crime, and is raised by a well caring family. One day, Bobby was playing the game hide-and-go-seek with his friend Ryan inside bobbys house. Playing the game, Bobby ran to hide upstairs while Ryan counted silently to himself. Bobby ran to his parents bedroom. Briskly trying to find the perfect hiding spot around the room he located the walk-in closet. He ran to the cosset and situated himself in the corner. Looking down, Bobby found his fathers handgun. The brown gun was heavy and had a black handle. Thinking the gun was one of his own, he held it upward pointing it toward the door as if it was his play toy. Bobbys best friend ryan walked in the parents bedroom. Not knowing the gun was real bobby pu lls the trigger. BAM! The gun went off with an intense sound. His friend Ryan was hit and falls rapidly to the floor. Like Bobby, thousands of children in America commit crimes each year. Although children commit crime every year, children under the age of 15 should not be convicted as an adult. Charging a child as an adult is wrong. If a child does not have the judgment to drive at 15, to vote, or to go into the military at 15, then why should courts declare that he has the wisdom and judgment to understand the nature and consequences of murder at 15? It is astonishing how many children are convicted as adults. 200,000 juveniles are criminally charged as adults every year1. Moreover, More than 160 children under the age of 18 have been sentenced to death since 19732. Therefore, in my opinion charging children as an adult is a wrong idea.
